We said good bye for now to Kyah on Saturday. It was bitter sweet. We love her very much and we knew that we were not giving her the life that she deserves. With work and a child, and another one on the way, we just knew that she needed more than what we could give her at this time. We were very sad and disappointed in ourselves to come to this conclusion, but we know that it is for the best.

My cousin, Nolan came from Seattle to bond with her before she flew across the country to be his new best friend! Since it is Nolan that will now raise her we feel very good about our decision. They bonded great and I know that they will be bestest friends. Nolan hikes and camps all the time and they have some great parks near them. Today when I called to see how she was adjusting he said that they were at the river. She had already run all around the park, rolled in puddles and now running in the river. SWEET!!!!!!!

Today was very weird, not having her here. the house seems so...quite. We love you Ky, we will miss you terribly. I am sure you are going to have a wonderful life in Seattle with a great and wonderful guy!!!!!

Nuny had to take one last ride. That was very sad, seeing Noah hug on her and love on her Saturday morning. He is really going to miss her. We will miss their friendship...
