practicing walking. No, he did not take any unassisted steps while on vaca! But he came close, very very close! He will stand forever and we were calling him to come closer. He thought about it, he looked as if he would step... and then he sat. sat down and crawled over:) 
Stopped to see the sunset. 
checked out the botanical gardens. 
and we HAD to stop at "Tubby's" for some.... ICE CREAM!!!!
we kyaked, it was nice.
and we ate lobster
It was a very nice trip. It was great to get away. But I have realized that there is not much relaxing when you have a mobile child. At least not like I used to relax, in the olden days.
