4th of JULY

The 4th of July has always been one of our favorite holidays!! 

We love that the Easton Carnival is here during that weekend.  

We went over to the carnival for a little while before the fireworks.  We played a few games.

And OF COURSE Nuny WON again!!!  :)

All he cared about was playing the fishing game again and that cost $5 so we only played it once. 

He rode some rides. 

We waited and waited and waited and waited for the fireworks.  We remembered how last year Marlee was less than a week old when we were watching the fireworks. (I tried to link it and it didn't work. You can always check out last year by going to July 2010 on the right column.)  And how Noah HATED them!! We talked about how the fireworks are really pretty and they might be loud and scary but they are not actually scary!  We saw a number of little fireworks go off and Noah would get really excited when he saw these!! But then when the BIG fireworks started to go off he dug his head into Chucks chest and he was shaking. Needless to say, we left. He didn't even want to watch them from streets away. He kept saying "Sorry Mommy, I don't like it!"  and "GO HOME!"  poor little guy!
